Hamper Delivery FAQ

• How do I order Hampers?
  You can order via our safe and secure site, or alternatively you can call us and we would be happy to take your order over the phone.

• Do you deliver same day?
  Yes, we can deliver on the same day when your order is placed before 2 PM and is for delivery in Dublin. Orders outside Dublin will be delivered the following day.

• How much is delivery?
  Nationwide delivery is €7.95

• Can you deliver to a workplace?
  Yes, we can deliver anywhere in Ireland

• Do you deliver at weekends?
  Yes, we deliver on Saturdays in Dublin, we do not deliver outside Dublin at weekends. Orders placed on Monday, will be delivered on Tuesday.

• Do you deliver to hospitals?
  Yes

• What will happen if the recipient isn't home?
  If they are not home, the courier/driver will leave a message on their phone or a calling card for instructions for redelivery or collection.

• Can I change the details on my order?
  Yes, if we have not posted the delivery, please contact as soon as possible to make changes to an order

• Can I use PayPal?
  Yes, we accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards.

Same Day Delivery

We offer a same day delivery service for all Dublin orders placed before 4pm. We also have a 3 hour express delivery option Monday through to Friday (Dublin Delivery Only). If you require this service please contact us and we shall advise on availability and pricing.
